Tim has been practising yoga for 30 years and teaching for most of that time. For over a decade, he taught at Triyoga in London, one of the UK’s leading yoga centres, where he was part of the teacher training faculty.

Alongside yoga, he's practised Qigong for many years and has a background in martial arts, which has added depth to his understanding of structure and internal power — qualities that are often overlooked in modern yoga.

He now lives in South Somerset, running group classes in Frome and Bruton, alongside private tuition and acupuncture treatments. His teaching is practical, grounded, and informed by decades of study — not just in yoga, but also in Chinese medicine and the energetic patterns of the body.
